[pca] supplevel option

I just noticed that PCA's "--supplevel" option doesn't seem to work anymore, at 
least for me. No idea when it stopped working, as I don't run it that often.

Is it just me, or do others see the same? Output of "pca --supplevel" doesn't 
include any entitlements, as it's not possible to access the necessary XML file 
anymore (https://support.oracle.com/CSP/login?cmd=status).
