In today's "Oracle Support HOT Topics" e-mail I found a reference to Knowledge 
Article #1172413.1:

Unfortunately the link to this document is dead on "My Oracle Support". I'd 
really like to know whether the person who added that document still has a job :-)

And BTW, I'm hungry now.
