Nearly :) You should replace month numbers by their 3-letter-abbreviations in
the date (01 -> Jan, 02 -> Feb,Mar,Apr,May,Jun,Jul,Aug,Sep,Oct,Nov,Dec).
- I've also fixed the multiple-release present, it now take the
biggest release of a patch present into every dependancy.
Yes, the number of patches in the generated xref file has now been reduced.
So, whenever there is a bad patch, should I look at the first upper
revision which is not a bad patch ? is it safe to do that ?
Yes, that's what I'd do.
Any other remark ?
I still see "empty" patch lines. E.g. in the xref file generated for a list with
only patch 148301-01 on it, the resulting xref file contains:
125369|05|Jan/01/70| | | | ||||
125547|01|Jan/01/70| | | | ||||
There's also:
123839|01|Jan/01/70| | | | ||||
which wouldn't have to be included anyway, as it is obsoleted by 126897-02,
which is included due to some other dependency requirement.
