Hosts and Teams, The 2014 Interconference Regatta Berth Assignments spreadsheet is now available. Host schools have been asked to submit their invite list to me before next Tuesday, as they come in I am updating the sheet accordingly and will send out notification emails.
As of this date if your school code is in the "Scheduled" column you are on the hook for that regatta. The drop deadline in column 2 is end of day on that date (email date stamp to me). Please review the schedule, if you think there are errors send an email to your conference scheduler and myself ([email protected]) and I will look into it. This schedule has lots of moving parts, we are all human so there are bound to be a few errors. Hosts, you can check who is confirmed for your regatta at any time by looking at the "Scheduled" column. It is within 8 hours of being accurate at any given time.
