Teams,

You are required to make sure that your school information in the team
database is correct EACH SEASON.  This is where I go to find email contacts
for sending out regatta invites and following up on missing/bad RP
information.  PLEASE take a moment before this weekend to make sure your
team's listing is correct.  Anyone can do this so check it yourself and
don't assume someone else on the team has taken care of it.

Visit: http://collegesailing.org/teams/
Find your team's record (you can search by conference, state or membership
type).
Select your teams Name (underlined hyperlink)
Check out your details, make sure there is at least a Graduate and
Undergraduate contact listed with email information (a phone number is
helpful as well).
If you need to make changes at the very bottom is a link to request a
change.  Submit your updates and an email will be sent to your Conference's
Graduate leaders for approval.

This whole process should take you less than 5 minutes.
