To all teams attending the Fall Pacific Coast Championship at UCSB on Nov.
15-16, the Notice of Race is online at the event page:
<http://www.ucsbsailing.com/regattas/2014-fall-pcc/>

Please remember the following:
1. The Fall PCC (varsity course) is a 3 division FJ regatta requiring a
minimum of 6 sailors, two boats, and two sails. There is a schedule of
starts at the event page that describes what division is sailing when. At
most times, two divisions will be on the water sailing and one will be on
land. Because your A, B, & C divisions will be changing between the two
boats,* it is crucial that you have your team's conference assigned sail
numbers on your sails* to assure proper scoring. If you are bringing a
coed and women's team, you must differentiate between the numbers.

For example UCSB's coed number is 31 and women's number is 32. We would
either need to have both coed boats' sail #'s as '31' or it would be
acceptable to be 31 and 131. Women's could both be 32, or 32 and 132.
*Please,
do not give a women's team a coed sail number. *

2. There will be a separate JV course that is a standard A/B division
regatta rotating between A and B divisions every two races.

3. Parking of trailers and cars is restricted to certain areas. Please
see the parking maps on the event page and NOR.

4. Lodging requests to stay with team members should be emailed to UCSB
team captain, Nino Helm at [email protected]

5. UCSB and the SB Youth Foundation are out of charters for the 2014 Fall
PCC. The below teams have secured charter boats and all others should
contact other teams in the conference for charter boats. Secured Charters:
 U Oregon (2), Western Washington (2), U Victoria (2), Hawaii (2), Arizona
State (2), Westmont (2). *If you are able to bring extra boats to charter,
please consider helping other teams get here. *Cal State Monterey Bay is
actively looking for boats. I believe U Victoria is looking for extra
charter boats for the JV course as well.

We look forward to seeing you in two weeks for the Fall Pacific Coast
Championship in two weeks!
