The 2015 Spring Interconference Regatta Berth Assignments are now available
online:

Please take note of the drop deadlines for each.  There are penalties for
dropping after the deadline.

If you ADD or DROP any interconference regatta you must notify your
conference scheduler and copy me on the email.  I use the date stamp on the
email to confirm changes.

Unused conferences berths are retained by that conference until 1 month
out.  I count 1 month as 4 weekends so it most instances it lines up with
the drop deadline.  Conferences, if you know you will not fill the berths
please let me know sooner so we can try to fill the event.

Hosts,  please review your events and send me your wait list order.
Remember the following rules:

Invite Berths are offered by the Interconference Regatta Coordinator, after
> consultation with the host school, to teams that have expressed interest by
> registering through their conference as alternates for the regatta.  No
> Invite Berths shall be extended prior to all conferences publishing their
> official schedule.  Conference alternate lists shall be honored by host
> schools and the Interconference Regatta Coordinator; berths may not be
> offered to second alternates before they are offered to first alternates,
> etc.  Conferences without an alternate list for a particular event will be
> considered as "having no interest" in Invite Berths for that event.  In
> addition, Invite Berths shall be offered in the following order:
>
>    1. 1st invite berth goes to an at-large conference (one without a
>    permanent berth at the regatta).
>
>
>    1. Subsequent berths are awarded to non-host conference teams.
>
> Hosts shall submit prioritized lists based on the above policy to the
> Interconference Regatta Coordinator before the regatta date.
