All, In preparation for Saturday's meeting please do the following:

Submit your team report online here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1UGOBfa6QuAeko4lzKZpcTcQaTtkASIop-wbM4NFxE_c/viewform?usp=send_form 3. Make sure your team listing is current here: http://collegesailing.org/teams/ Several teams have not updated in over a year. This information is very important for contact purposes. Please make sure you have an undergraduate attending, only undergraduates can vote. Coaches and advisers are encouraged to attend to provide input and guidance but your team's vote is held by the undergraduate member. We will have Conference Call capabilities, however it is for listening in only. There is no guarantee that we can hear you in the room and you must be present in the room to vote. Anyone on the phone will be considered an observer for counting members while taking the role. Call in details will be included on the revised agenda this afternoon. Danielle
