*NOTICE OF MEETING*
In accordance with Article VI, Section 3, of the By Laws of the
Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association of North America, Inc. ("Bylaws"),
notice is hereby given that the Semi Annual (Winter) Meeting of the
Intercollegiate Sailing Association of North America will be held on
Saturday, January 09, 2015. Any topic for discussion or which can
properly be acted on at the meeting of the Association shall be submitted
to the Secretary at least 30 days (Thursday, December 10, 2015) prior to
the meeting. The Secretary of the Association shall compile these topics
into an agenda and distribute the same to the members of the Board of
Directors at least 15 days prior (Thursday, December 24, 2015) to the
meeting along with the day, hour, and place of the meeting. Other items may
be added to the agenda by vote of the Board of Directors.

the* Park City Peaks Hotel* directly @ 435-649-5000 or 800-649-5012 to make
their own reservation on or before cut off date of Nov 20, 2015. Guests
must mention *ICSA Conference *to get special rate.
*November 20, 2015**:* is the Final cut-off date – All rooms not booked
by this date will be released back into inventory. After that time
availability and group rates are not guaranteed and the rate will be
adjusted to the regular rack rate for the date and durations of the event.

Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival and your credit card will be
automatically be charged by the hotel.
*Cancellation Policy: *
Reservations cancelled 46 days or more prior to arrival– No penalty
Reservations cancelled 45-31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit 2
nights lodging plus tax.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or less are totally non-refundable and will
lose the full value of the reservation.
