The 2016 PCCSC Annual Meeting is schedule for Saturday, January 30, 2016. Santa Clara University will be hosting us this year and they will send out meeting room, parking, and other logistics details separately. The meeting will start at 10:30 am and will break for lunch around 12:30, resuming 45 minutes later.If you are booking flights assume the meeting will run until 4pm.
Please send agenda items to me before Friday, January 22 along with team reports and any proposals for consideration. Every school has 1 undergraduate vote, Executive Committee Members have 1 vote. Schools are welcome to send additional members (students and coaches). There may be a call in option to listen but you cannot vote from the phone.
