Saturday, March 19Shifty Northeasterly breeze at 7-10 knots shifted North. Due to impending weather forecast for Northern schools trying to get home Sunday, ICSA President gave dispensation to the regatta to go beyond 10 race maximum. PRO Conner Blouin banged off twelve in the shifty conditions--six races on either side of a lunch break. Boat swap happened after 9 races. Thanks to Barbara O'Neal and Sam Blouin for serving as on the water jury with rule 42 enforcement on this chilly day. One protest with one dsq. One redress was awarded. BC leads the field.
