Dear PCCSC Attached is the schedule I promised at the PCCSC meeting. It has the Spring and Fall regattas both in conference and out of conference for 2017. As discussed the spring 2017 schedule has a few free weekends for teams to add minor events. If you would like to add an event please email john at [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> with your event details and dates. I have highlighted the free weekends in Yellow. Please be mindful of Quarter exams.
Cal needs to confirm the dates for the Cal Team Race, the proposed dates are on the calendar attached. Also please confirm that this will be a 6 team 12 boats provided team race. Please let me know if you have any questions about the schedule or any corrections. As I said at the meeting the draft for out of conference events will happen on Dec. 14th all draft selections will be due on Dec. 13th. The full draft packet will be out shortly. A few reminders for the meeting we just had at PCC’s: 1. PCCSC approved sails only will be allowed at all varsity and women’s events, JV can use whatever they want. A link to the sail order form is below. Only the sails ordered through this order form are legal, please do not take the sails that come with your boats and expect them to be the racing sails. If you do you will run the risk of having the wrong sails. Again the approved sails that you will be 100% safe are done through the order form below. A reminder that pinnies are required for both skipper and crew other wise there is a 20pt per division penalty. 3. The spring Women’s Conference championships will be hosted by UCSD and sailed out of Mission Bay Yacht Club.
