The majority of the teams sailing at UCSD this weekend have not completed RP forms. ICSA Procedural Rules require that these are completed by the end of protest time on the last day of the regatta. I check at 0900 on Monday morning and apply penalties to teams with any incomplete forms, however since this is the first weekend of the PCCSC season I will give you until Wednesday morning to complete the information.
