   - *The Course Chart has been amended. * Please visit
   https://scores.collegesailing.org/f18/fall-pacific-coast/ to review the
change (you will need to pass through the gate on the way to a downwind
finish). There will be no paper at this event other than protest forms, so
   please read everything online.

   - *Rotations:* Please review the order of starts. On the varsity course
C division will start first with one complete race, then start a second
race. When C hits the gate on their second race, B division will go into
sequence for their first race. When C finishes their second race, they
will sail to the backside of sandspit and trade with A division. A
division will ideally get into sequence when B division hits the gate in
their second race. *All boats should only rotate on the back side of
sandspit.* There is a drop off where you should be able to pull up
alongside the beach and not have to pull your boat on to the sand. Even
so, please uncleat your rudder line and be ready to pull up your
centerboard when approaching the rotation area.

   - *Parking is restricted to certain areas.* Back row of Harbor Launch
Ramp area (closest to Cabrillo) is for trailers and boats. Yellow parking
stalls are for trailers or trailers with cars attached. White parking
stalls are for cars only. Dollies must be returned to the back row after
launching. Do not stand in the driving lanes. Team meetings should happen
on the beach. Do not form a line in the driving lanes or block traffic in
any way. If the harbor patrol comes through, immediately get out of the
way. We've had issues lately and we would greatly appreciate your help at
this event. Full Parking Rules and Regulations

   - *Entry fee *is $20 total *per school *regardless of how many teams you
bring. Please go to the UCSB Sailing Dock and see Mary Toomey and Maddie
Krauss at the registration to pay. Checks should be made out to 'UCSB
Sailing Team'. Receipts will be emailed out upon request.

   - *If you are bringing a coach* that would like to be on a coach boat on
the water, please email [email protected] with the name and
number of coaches. We will have 2-3 coach boats on the water and have the
following so far: Cal Poly (1), UCSB (2), Stanford (1), UH (1), CSUCI (2),
WWU (2), ASU (1), USC (1), CMA (1). Coach boats will also be acting as
Mark Set boats for the duration of the event.

   - *Water, Food, Trash, Bathrooms*: There will be some water at the UCSB
tent on the break wall, but plan on bringing refills for your team for the
weekend! Please bring your own food. Do not overload public trash cans -
either bring your own trash bags or ask the registration table for a trash
bag and recycling bag. Bathrooms are located at SBYC and below Brophy
Bros. Fairly long walk from the rotation area, so be quick when you have
   to go.

   - *Schools chartering boats from UCSB* are as follows: ASU (2), UH (2),
WWU (2 + sails), UW (2), Uvic (2). UCSB Boats are all located at the UCSB
docks. Charter Assignments will be given out upon payment and receipt of
   signed Charter Agreement

Checks made out to 'UCSB Sailing Team'.
   - *Schools chartering boats from SBYSF *are as follows: CSUMB (2),
Santa Clara (2), UC Davis (4). Your boats are located at the SBYSF dock in
Marina 1 of the Santa Barbara Harbor (this is the opposite side of the
harbor from the launch ramp). Payment should be submitted to Mary Toomey
and Maddie Krauss at the check in table. Checks made out to 'SBYSF'.

Thank you to our PRO Keenan Wolf and to our ICSA Representative, Jesse
Andrews.
