Santa Cruz YC 244 Fourth Avenue Santa Cruz CA 95062 While you must be present to vote, we will also have a conference line available for those unable to join us. *Please consider who you would nominate to serve as one of our undergraduate conference leaders.* At this meeting, we will elect a total of 6 undergraduates who will serve on our Executive Committee; two of these will be our conference president (from the North) and conference VP (south). The Undergraduate President will travel to represent our conference for the spring annual meeting as well as the winter meeting in Utah. I have attached our agenda. Please let me know by Thursday PM if you have any additions for the meeting. The PCCSC Meeting will begin promptly at 12pm. Here is the information from our hosts, UCSC: *Hello all,* *We are so excited to host the PCCSC Annual Meeting here in Santa Cruz this year! A executive committee meeting will take place from 10am-12pm on Sunday, January 13th, which will be followed by a general meeting that will take place at the lovely Santa Cruz Yacht Club from 12pm-3pm. They will provide a projector for us and as for those who can not make it and will need to phone in we can set up and Skype or Zoom call. * *It is about a 40 minute drive from the San Jose Airport through the beautiful Santa Cruz Mountains. Our sailing team can provide some housing if needed, just please give me a call or send me a text in advance. The address for the Yacht Club is 244 Fourth Avenue, Santa Cruz CA 95062. They have requested that we DO NOT park in front of the yacht club and instead park in the harbor and walk up.
