posted May 6, 2019 Prospective Consultants: SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR WEBSITE PROGRAMMING SUPPORT The Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) and Inter-Scholastic Sailing Association (ISSA) invites the submittal of proposals to provide on-demand website programming and support services. These services shall commence after a contract is approved by ICSA and ISSA. Instructions and forms to be used in preparing the proposal are found in the information included in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
