I am planning on being at the regatta on Saturday and am happy to chat with
you about your team and where you are at. I'll be wearing a UCSB visor or
hat, so feel free to pull me aside and tell me what's going on with your
team (my name is Brad Schaupeter). Please do not be shy in telling me what
would help your team in your current scenario. Our new Scheduling
Coordinator, Erik Hallbeck (SDSU '21) will be there as well helping with
races. Please feel free to approach either of us.

*Registering in Techscore*
Techscore Team Admins,

If you did not sail in the fall but plan to this spring you need to go in
and activate the sailors for the spring. It's a tedious process, but it
must get done. Here's how to do it:

1) Log-in to Techscore scoring account but DO NOT select any regattas
2) Go to Membership-->My Sailors
3) In the filter dialog box, type in 2021 [or 2022, 23, 24] and click
"Apply" (small blue button)
4) Select a sailor
5) Scroll down and select the Fall 2021 check box
6) Scroll down and select "update"
7) After it updates, click "back to list"

Unfortunately, you have to repeat ALL of steps 3-7 for every sailor. When
you click "back to list" it does not go back to your list filtered by grad
year.

one month in advance of the regatta. Either email the listserve (
[email protected]) or send it to our Secretary, Anna Morrow
and myself ([email protected], [email protected]) for
us to post.

I look forward to seeing many of you in SD this weekend!

Best,
Brad Schaupeter
