The ICSA Hall of Fame Selection Committee invites nominations for 2022
honorees in each of the categories listed below.  Note that these awards
generally reflect far more than a one year time period of performance.



Important!  Each nomination must include:



1. Full legal name of nominee, birth date, college attended, and year of
graduation



2. Current home mailing address



3. Specify which of the four awards is being sought



4. A supporting statement explaining how the nominee meets the criteria
established for the award



Important - Please provide at nomination if possible, or as soon as
possible after:



1. A high-resolution digital photograph of the individual ("head shot," no
hat, no sunglasses, business casual or better, please).

Anyone may make nominations.  Nominations submitted by, or receiving the
endorsement of, ICSA Conferences will ordinarily carry more weight.



Nominations may be submitted by email to:  [email protected] or the
individual Conference Hall of Fame Representative.  Please copy and paste
the requirement information above and fill in the answers to ensure you
provide all the necessary information.  Nominations will receive
acknowledgment.  Should you not receive acknowledgment within two days,
please telephone the Chair.



The deadline for submission of nominations is 2359 EDT April 15, 2022.  Do
not wait until the last minute to prepare your petition and assemble the
requirements, particularly acquiring digital photographs.



*There shall be neither exceptions nor extensions, no matter the situation.*




Previously nominated individuals may be renominated.



Individuals will be honored in the following categories:



1. STUDENT LEADERSHIP.



James Rousmaniere Award Recognizing extraordinary leadership and
achievement by an undergraduate whose efforts have made a significant
contribution to the development, progress, and success of his or her club
or team, conference, or the ICSA.  Demonstrated leadership over a period of
years, rather than a single year, will receive the most serious
consideration.



2. LIFETIME SERVICE.



Recognizing a career of extraordinary service to college sailing, whether
as volunteer or professional; one honoree per year; nominees must have
passed their 60th birthday.



3. GRAHAM HALL AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY A COLLEGE SAILING
PROFESSIONAL.



Recognizing organizers, administrators, advisors, or coaches who have
served the best interests of college sailing at the club/team, conference,
or national level; one or two honorees per year; nominees must have passed
their 45th birthday.



4.  OUTSTANDING SERVICE - VOLUNTEER.



Recognizing those who have volunteered their time, talent, or resources to
advance the interests of college sailing at the club/team, conference, or
national level; one or two honorees per year; nominees must have passed
their 45th birthday.



IMPORTANT!  Please double check your nomination materials to ensure all
information for all four requirements (at the top of this message) is
provided, and the optional if at all possible.
