To all Intercollegiate Sailing Teams Re: Declaration of Adherence In order to comply with Procedural Rules 11a and A5 each Cross Regional and Regional Team must also complete the attached Declaration of Adherence prior to the start of the season. (The Adherence form can also be found in Appendix D in our 2021-2024_Procedural_Rules_2021-08-24 document.

Upon your submission of a properly signed declaration your team will be activated on Techscore and ready to register all sailors in Techscore. Fundamental teams must still have all sailors registered on Techscore to be eligible to compete this season, but you do not need a Declaration of Adherence.
