Just want to summarize the issue and the solution proposed during the PCE
session.
Issue: the function specified in Section 2.4
(https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-pce-pcep-stateful-pce-gmpls-03#section-2.4)
is consider NOT GMPLS*-specific.
*what i meant by GMPLS is mostly for TDM and LSC or say non-PSC.
Solution: Adding the following sentence in this section:
"This MAY also be applicable to packet networks."
