After the discussion with the co-authors of draft-kumaki-pce-bgp-disco-attribute, we agreed to work together and move forward with this BGP-LS based approach for PCE discovery. The major changes in this version are: 1. Added the PCE discovery for VPN use case, and the description of the AFI/SAFI setting for the public and VPN cases. 2. Mr. Kumaki and Mr. Murai are added as co-authors, and Mr. Miyasaka is added as contributor. As always, comments are welcome.
