The PCE yang model has been updated, the main changes are -

(1) Aligning to NMDA, with the PCEP operational state being included in the
same tree as the PCEP configuration.
(2) Support for TLS (PCEPS); reusing groupings from [I-D.
ietf-netconf-tls-client-server].
(3) Editorial changes.
