Hi WG,

The main changes in this update are -

- A new field 'AFI' in FLOWSPEC object to allow distinction between Flow
Spec Component Types for IPv4 and IPv6
- Clarification related to Flow Specification TLV Type Ranges inherited
from BGP
- Moved the table for Flow Specification TLV Types to appendix and added
L2VPN, MPLS related types as well
- Diff:
https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url1=draft-ietf-pce-pcep-flowspec-01&url2=draft-ietf-pce-pcep-flowspec-02

Thanks Olivier for your comments, we need to continue to discuss the rate
limiting as per Adrian's reply.

Regards,
Dhruv
