Hi PCE WG

Just sharing the update notification. Per last IETF Session comments,
draft-ietf-pce-local-protection-enforcement was updated to remove the words
related to "MUST constraint" and "MAY constraint". It's been re-worked for
clarification of applying E flag. Authors also observed some missing text (but
already assumed behavior) in regards to how to treat Node SIDs, so some
language was added for that as well.

Cheers,
Andrew
