Hi, Tom. I’ve moved PCE to the bcc and put [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> in the to; they are the right people to ask for help with the rejection. I expect they will want a copy of the message with full headers to troubleshoot, please consider following up to them with that info (and leaving PCE off the cc).

Looks like the authors got it so perhaps they can respond to list and get us back in sync If I had a reason for the rejection, then I might be able to amend the submission and try again but in the absence of a reason I will hope that the other addressees respond.
