Hi Dhruv,

I’ve reviewed the latest version and I think  it is ready for publication .
It provides an extension scheme for PCEP, supporting PCE as a centralized 
controller to achieve centralized allocation and distribution of SID in SR-MPLS 
networks, while being compatible with existing SDN and distributed control 
plane mechanisms.
