I'm very satisfied with "PrintToPDF 2.2.1". It's a US$ 20.00 shareware.
Working under OS 7.0 up to 9. I have found it on a magazin-CD from 05/2001.
Have no URL to download at hand. It's no problem for me to send you a copy
(less then 1MB) if you want. BTW that will be legal as long as I forward the
complete and unchanged folder ( ReadMe + .img). Mail me OffList for that.
