The short answer, is that as long as your computer is running with no 
problems, don't worry about it.   The long answer, is that the 
particular file is being run at startup, and is not abiding by all of 
the rules.   When a program starts, it say I need x bytes of memory. 
These files are saying I need x bytes, but are actually using more 
memory.   During the start-up phase, this can sometimes lead to 
problems.
