I checked the Radius vintage site and there is no info that helps me.

Uhh, I thought it was clear I didnt know what the card was.

I really dont know what your problem is. I asked questions I need to know,
and I tried identifying the card myself. I didnt know for sure what it was,
so I couldnt do any research past that, and I asked the lists.
