You can buy the new plastic ones from Club Mac (And I presume
Mac Warehouse) which look nice but are a bit expensive.
You can also find a lot of them on eBay but you have to be
very careful. There are a lot of old junk boxes on eBay that have all
kinds of problems (Hard drive hard wired in, old connectors that
don't fit your drive, or lack of connectors like the led one).
Lot's of Mac resellers have these boxes and, given my
experience trying to buy them on eBay, I recommend you buy one new.
