Try pullin you 9500 to bare bone using only enough ram to run it.  then 
gradually start adding everthing back one at a time, each time starting up
the computer.  you might find a bad component or one that is incompatable
with somting else tat you installed.  since it stated happening after you
put the new dimms in, my guess is that they are the problem.
