Greetings!

I've made a few comments. Now I'd like to ask my first question.

I have just acquired an PowerMac 9500. I have a 200 MHz daughter card
which I will probably install temporarily until I buy a G3 or G4 upgrade
(since I will be using InDesign and, perhaps, other page layout and
graphics programs). I have already noted the memory sources you all have
kindly named. (I'll probably use Other World Computing, since they have
done well by my in the past.)

I also have an external CD-RW Yamaha "6x4x16" drive in an APS case. The
question is, is it easily possible and is it wise to remove the CD-RW
from its case and convert it to an internal drive on the 9500 tower?

Likewise, I would consider removing myu Zip 100 SCSI (old style) from its
case and putting it in the 9500, but it looks like the chassis would be
very unprotected without its plastic shell.

Opinions? Experience?

TIA
