Well, I just speak from my experience. So far batting 3 for 3. 1 Apple
NIB, 1 HP NIB and 1 off brand that I don't remember. (Purple label?) All
came sealed in the original foil pack with the recycle mailing label
inside. Dollars risked: Total $35. Savings: Total $200+. Ya pays yer
money and takes yer choice. The key is only buy "sealed" cartridges from
vendors with tons of good feedback.
But as always, YMMV. (Different strokes...etc.)
