It's me yet again. First let me thank all those who replied with my cable modem 
problem.  I'm going to try the ipnetrouter and if that doesnt work im going with a 
hardware router.  Many thanks again.

Now on to this question (which I'm sure has been discussed here but I haven't been a 
subscriber to this list that long).

If I plan to upgrade my Mac 8500/150 with a G3 or G4 card which (FPM or EDO if either) 
is more compatible with the new processor cards?  Prices are so good right now that I 
want to buy some more RAM but I don't want to buy it only to find out I need another 
type 3 or 4 months from now when I upgrade the processor.
