I seem to be getting conflicting stories. What type of RAM is best to use in an 8500 - FPM or EDO? I currently have 128MB in my 8500, but I will be doing some upgrades to the machine shortly (G3 upgrade and new hard drive) and I figure with memory prices as low as they currently are, I might as well bump it up a bit. I will remove the original 2 x 16 chips as provided by Apple and replace them with 2 x 64 chips. The other 6 chips are all 16MB 60ns from Newer Technology circa 1997. I assume these are FPM.
