IMHO, the Apple Pro Mouse is a nice mouse, whether you want it or not is
more about whether or not you like the fact that the whole darn thing is the
button.
On the other hand, I also have a Microsoft Optical mouse (on my PC), the one
with the scroll wheel and 4 other buttons, and I love it (much as I hate to
admit it). I use the extra buttons as "forward" and "back" in my web
browsers, which rules. I have never been so proud to be so lazy.
Seriously, though, I have found the MS mouse to be very high quality, as
well as nicely accurate for gaming.
