Hi,
about the choice between more cache or more MHz, you should be aware that if you
choose a Sonnet card, you can overclock the Sonnet extension (with Sonnet
Overclocker, see the 6400Zone site). I have myself a 640 G3ed with a Sonnet L2
300/1, that has the multiplier set to 7.5x while the card can be set at 8x from
the extension. So with this overclocking my card now runs at 320 MHz. I think more
recent Sonne L2 cards have a multiplier of 10, so you you might even take more
advantage of it.
