There's also the free option... It's not elegant and may not be what you're looking for, but Better Telnet has a built-in ftp server (and there are several free ftp servers for the pc). I move files back and forth between my pc and my mac this way. I fire up the ftp server on the PC and use Fetch on the Mac to move files back and forth.
