I suspect there may be a high-ASCII translation problem here. At my end of
the email chain the intended "upside-down" quotation-mark shows up as an "o"
with a diagonal strikethrough (as in Danish/some other Scandinavian
alphabets.) Other people may see it as different characters. Let's all
chill, O.K.
