This is sort of a general outline of the steps you take, and should also apply
to 7[256]00s as well.

Remove the case first, of course :-)

Find the HD is that you want to replace (top or bottom bays on the left
-- the floppy and CD-ROM occupy the bays on the right). If it was
previously installed correctly and isn't floating around loose, it should
be on a sled. Disconnect the drive's SCSI and power cables. Look for the
sled's release, either to the front, or rear back by the connectors, and pull
it up. Push the drive, still holding the release up, along the locking rail
until you can pull it up and out. On the underside of the drive, undo the
screws holding the drive to the sled (don't lose them) and remove the sled.
Store the drive just in case you need it back.

Now, install the new HD following the same steps in reverse.

While most HDs are fairly tolerant, static electricity is still a no-no
so be sure to do this with a wrist-strap just to be safe.
