OK, so Steve Jobs has said no new machines at the Paris Expo. Lets think about this for a minute. If people think that new hardware will be released, they won't buy the stuff that's currently out there. The economy is taking a dump, and if people don't buy from Apple, well pretty soon the company will be hurting BIG time. So, they had to do something and head off potential problems. Nothing in the current product line excites me, so I spent $500 to upgrade my 8500. It'll last until the G5 machines come - hopefully later next year.
