TurboMax Ultra ATA/DMA-33 EIDE/PCI CARD experiances?
On the lowendmac SuperMacs list I have been following a thread
on peoples experiance with the Sonnet Tempo card, adding not just HDs
but CD-roms, CD-Rs, CDRWs, and DVDs. The data Disks all work
just fine! Mixed results with DVD video with it, due to the need for a
Wired4DVD card or ATI 128 or newer ATI video card.
What are your experiances doing the same with the TurboMax
Ultra ATA/DMA-33 EIDE/PCI CARD? I know this activity would be
unsupported and at my own risk. Please reply personally and not as a
represenitive or agent of ProMax Technology.
I have forwarded as this OT discussion to as many list as approipate,
Thank you, Craig.
