That's a total bummer. I, along with zillions of other folks, have
had it work wonderfully.
Can you try surfdoubler as a demo, or do you need to commit to
paying for it? What if your problem is some sort of weird hardware thing,
and switching from ipnr to vicomsoft doesn't help? If vicomsoft has worse
support than sustworks, then you're in a tough spot.
Have you considered a hardware router instead? They're getting
cheaper all the time...
