with regards to that control panel (Xlr8 Mach speed control 2.0.2)
I've found out its not free (lame..but that won't stop me heh heh)
and secondly...i seem to remember a Newertech control panel
that i had to install with the card that had some of the same functions
as the Xlr8 Mach speed control 2.0.2

i had used the newertech control panel to no avail
but perhaps i am wwwrong and it didn't have the cache defeat function
