The Mac Plus was said by Apple to be able to access 2 TeraBytes per SCSI ID
address.  1TB is 1000GB

So I do not think you will have ANY problems accessing that drive.

We have Netpliance servers at work now with 6 TB each, and several of them.
Multiple Raid arrays, they view to the user as 1 drive, but they are
mirrored Raid 5 (whatever Raid config that is).
