OWC has some SCSI drives listed as available, including one that I would
have bought a while back at $229 (now at $249) if the warranty had been more
than 1 year: 36.7GB IBM UltraStar 36ZX 10,000rpm 2MB cache 5.4ms seek
80-50pin w/ 1yr Warranty (IBM09L3904N) more info... $249.95
Check under Specials. IIRC, they also have 18GB and 9GB drives.
