Only if the 9600 was a 200MHz model.  The faster models of that machine were Mach
5 machines and used a different processor that will NOT work in the
7300/7500/7600/8500/9500.

It has full in and out.  They are nice machines

On a card but there are AV controllers on the board so you can't swap it into a
7500 for example.
