Perhaps you have already done these two things, but i'll suggest 'em anyway:
1. Get Cache Killer Pro, from www.versiontracker.com
Cache Killer Pro will delete the cache from Internet Explorer.
2. Delete all the cookies in Internet Explorer. (Achieved via Preferences.)
