I got a new HP LaserJet 1200SE for my apartment today -- it understands
PostScript, so I wired it into my Lantronix print server and lo and behold,
the Mac saw it, set up the PPD and voila, I could print a test page.

After printing something from SimpleText and a page out of a .pdf, I tried
printing a graphics heavy web page and got PostScript errors, but not at
the same place each time which tells me it's not the page itself.

The printer has 8MB, and says it has 5MB of that free. (Yes, more would be
nice.)

The printer does not understand binary PostScript, and when I look at the
info on the printer queue on the Mac, the Mac says it knows that.

I have increased the memory on the queue as well, from 350K (which was the
default) to 1MB. I've also put the resolution down to 600dpi and turned off
resolution enhancement, and allowed it Unlimited Downloadable Fonts.

Anything else to try?
