I had a little trouble with my sonnet at first.
De-interleaving is the first troubleshooting step. Actually, it's the
second. Did you remove your L2 cache?
You're not going to de-interleave all of your RAM because you have
too many 32's. Each pair (A1 B1) must contain different size DIMMS.
You might try taking out some of your 32's, and just have the two
16's and two 32's. Just to test.
If this doesn't work, give Sonnet a call. After too long not blaming
my Sonnet card, I finally e-mailed them. They'll replace it without
any hassle, after going through the troubleshooting steps.
When did you get your card? I got my first one about a year ago. The
replacement is less than half the size with a very small heat sink.
The tech guy I talked to said that this new design was more resilient
to interleaving issues.
